Top-Job Cleaning uses a self-contained extractor type method for cleaning carpets. This method forces the cleaning solution into the carpet, then is agitated by a brush, and then the dirty solution is removed by the extractor. Leaving your carpet clean, fresh and soft.
2. How long does it take for a carpet to dry after shampooing?
There are several factors involved in determining how quickly a carpet dries. Humidity, temperature, and ventilation are some key factors involved. On the average it take a carpet 3-5 hours to dry.
3. Can I walk on the carpet right after it has been cleaned?
In most cases, you can walk on the carpet immediately after cleaning. However, we suggest that you wait until it is dry to prevent rapid resoiling.
4. Can scotchgard keep my carpets clean longer?
Scotchgard is an excellent way to help prevent your carpet from gathering stains. With regular vacuuming, and quickly cleaning up any spills, you carpets will stay clean longer.
5. How often should I have my carpets cleaned?
As a general rule of thumb, if you have no children or pets, once per year should be sufficient. I you have children or pets, we reccommend twice per year. If you have both children and pets, we reccommend 2-3 times per year. If you have a office building, depending on traffic patterns we reccommend 2-4 times per year. Remember each building has its own set of special circumstances and the number of cleanings should be set accordingly.

8. How often should a vinyl tile floor be stripped and refinished?
The answer to this question depends upon the usage and care of the floor. However as a general rule a floor should be stripped and refinished at least once per year.
9. How often should my floor be burnished?
This depend greatly upon the amount of traffic a floor gets and the desired level of gloss that is expected. In very large store where traffic is heavy, a nightly burnishing program may be used. In facilities where traffic is less, a once or twice per week burnishing program may be adequate.
